He also litigates cases for commercial and employment clients and conducts internalinvestigations surrounding discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims.

Jon Kok specializes in labor relations and employment compliance issues, employment arbitrations and NLRB proceedings. Jon counsels major employers in all industries in every aspect of employment law, including union negotiations, arbitrations, disability and leave issues, and claims of discrimination, retaliation, unfair pay, harassment, defamation and unfair competition.
Jon is the former chair of the firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group and holds a B.A. from Calvin College and a J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan.
