Join attorneys Mike Schwartz and Jason Kohout of Foley & Lardner LLP for a discussion of the recently enacted SECURE (“Setting Every Community Up for Retirement”) Act and its potential impact on the family office  and family business environment.  This webinar will take a practical approach to estate and income tax planning in light of the SECURE Act. The speakers hope to provide the family office professional and business owners with the tools necessary to perform a review of the family’s retirement account holdings and recommend a course of action to the family’s account holders.
