    Cassie Atteberry in an HR leader with over 20 years of experience making the people stuff easier.

    Cassie spent 21 years in HR at Hallmarks Cards, Inc. where she specialized in helping leaders achieve their business strategy by getting the right structures, processes, cultures, people, and talent processes in place. As a member of the HR executive team, she influenced strategy, policy, and the employee experience; she also became a known as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion. A significant portion of her time was spent working with executive leadership teams and coaching employees at all
    levels. She was also the dedicated HR support for the family office established by Hallmark’s founders, which ushered her in to the family office industry.

    Cassie founded her own consultancy in 2020, Talent Outside the Lines, to help family offices maximize the value of their people portfolio. Her services include strategic HR consulting and organizational planning, coaching, building culture, and team and talent development.

    Cassie holds a master’s degree in human resources and industrial relations from the University of Minnesota, and a bachelor’s degree in communications from the College of St. Catherine. She is known as high-energy, a resourceful and thoughtful strategic partner, avid learner, trusted confidante and not taking herself too seriously. She enjoys time with her family and dogs and is based in Lawrence, Kansas.
