Please join us on Thursday, May 12, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am CT, for a live interactive webcast with FOX members and subject matter experts.

Money conversations can be difficult, and yet they are necessary. FOX Chief Learning Officer Mindy Kalinowski Earley will be joined by Amy Zehnder and Cindy Coe as they discuss financial education using an engaging, gamified approach. Using the FOX Family Learning Handbook, and Amy and Cindy’s new book Courageous Money, Your Adventure Through Money National Park as a guide, we’ll discuss money relationships, financial planning and the implications of growing up with wealth and how that influences many of our adult behaviors. A discussion for all ages, and roles, the facilitators will provide resources and best practices in financial literacy discussions, including developing healthy relationships with money. Learn different techniques to effective financial communication that are approachable, interactive, and inspiring.

Attendees will be able to:

  • Discuss different approaches and techniques to financial education and planning
  • Identify the unique roles each family member has when facilitating financial conversations

As a wealth psychologist, her work includes leadership development, succession planning, and family governance work (shared decision-making). Amy is highly credentialed with her Ph.D., PCC and CFBA. (I/O psychology, Professional Certified Coach, Certified Family Business Advisor). She is a highly sought-after speaker in the wealth psychology space. Amy’s recent retirement from the corporate world frees her up for more adventures and work with a small number of hand-selected clients. 

    Cindy (CC), a "Simplification Engineer," is an award-winning learning and development leader, the CEO of a successful international organizational development firm, a sought-after executive coach, leadership development expert, keynote speaker as well as a popular blogger and the creator of more than one start-up. She is a cancer warrior who at the moment is openly fighting rectal cancer, and seeks to educate and inspire others by sharing her journey.

    Mindy Kalinowski Earley, CMP, CFBA

    Mindy Kalinowski Earley is Chief Learning Officer for Family Office Exchange (FOX). In her role, she fosters integrated learning programs for enterprise families and is responsible for developing the family learning community. She co-chairs the FOX Rising Gen program and serves as an outsourced Chief Learning Office to FOX members. Mindy is inspired by helping people learn, grow, and discover how they will make personal and productive contributions, using their strengths and talents. 

    Mindy has held various roles in small and large family offices and has been responsible for creating and stewarding professional learning networks supporting human and intellectual capital. She has designed learning experiences that increase the knowledge base and enhance the life path of individuals while providing personalized support and coaching to help them meet their goals. As a Strong Interest Inventory facilitator with a certificate in Family Business Advising, she enjoys helping families and rising generation members navigate the unique world of family enterprise and family relationships by understanding that responsibility and intention pave a path to personal achievement and satisfaction. She has been featured in the New York Times, Family Business Magazine, Successful Generations podcast and is a regular speaker and facilitator. Mindy lives in Rockford, MI, with her husband, daughter, and Bernedoodle.
