    Steve Gravenkemper, PhD, Partner, Talent & Organizational Development, Plante Moran

    Steve Gravenkemper is the practice leader for the talent & organizational development practice for Plante Moran. His primary areas of responsibility include leading change, executive coaching, organizational culture, personnel selection, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational development. Steve specializes in working with organizations in transition. Organization transitions include company growth, change of ownership or leadership, and adjusting to changing marketplace conditions.

    Previously, Steve served as the vice president of organizational consulting for the Southwestern region for a global human resources consulting company. Specialty areas included: succession planning, organizational change, team effectiveness, strategy implementation, and executive assessment. He has consulted in multiple industries including: energy, utilities, retail, manufacturing, health care, high technology, financial institutions, and real estate.

    Steve also served as a management consultant for an international management psychology consulting company. His consulting engagements helped client organizations to achieve business objectives by improving the selection of senior executives, developing internal executive talent, and assisting organizations in designing and implementing change initiatives. During this period, Steve conducted hundreds of executive assessments, collaborated in constructing leadership development plans, and coached senior executives and high potential managers.

    Jessica Tower, Senior Consultant, Talent & Organizational Development, Plante Moran

    Jessica Tower is a Senior Consultant within the Strategy & Operations team. Her practice specialty is in the area of Talent Assessment and Organizational Development. She has facilitated training workshops for organizations of all sizes, including Fortune 500 companies. She has worked with leaders at all levels to improve individual and organizational performance using interventions that include 360 feedback, leadership development programs, talent assessment, job design and performance management. On an engagement, expect Jessica to accurately identify barriers to superior performance and develop creative and practical solutions. She is the current President of the Michigan Association of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Jessica has a Master’s Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
